small elevator gothic quarter water bottle

the staff was cheerful. they gave a water bottle to each of us upon arrival. the location is strategic near the gothic quarter... many places are accessible on foot. there is a small elevator to get luggage up.

the lack of bedside outlets was a minor inconvenience.

the staff were nice and helpful. i found the location excellent, very walkable, and close to sights. luggage storage was available, a convenient addition. i appreciated the cleanliness too.

the room was small. the bathroom door was shorter than normal doors. i could hear sounds from the bathroom when in bed. hallways and the elevator were also very narrow.

fantastic spot with super helpful staff!

the front desk staff were so helpful. i especially appreciated the night desk fellow when i checked in. i found an elevator for heavy luggage which was a real help. the room had a high ceiling too, nice.

I was happy it was on a pedestrianized side street. It was still a short walk to a bigger street where a taxi found me. it was inside the gothic area with good walking access to some major sights i enjoyed.

the staff was super gentle and helpful! the location was very good, close to everything i needed. it was amazing i could store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. this made my travel much easier!

the soundproofing was a real issue, and i could hear everything my neighbors said. this made it difficult to sleep at times. the elevator was also quite inconvenient. you had to pay a deposit just to use the tv remote.

The location was fantastic! it was so easy to get around with the metro. the staff were kind and always ready to help. Their assistance was appreciated. i found the air conditioning worked amazingly during the summer heat, what a treat!

The elevator was very small. Moving inside with luggage proved to be tricky.

Basic Stay With Some Issues

thin walls deposit fee

The location was fairly central, so accessing various parts of the city wasn't too difficult, a major plus.

My room, a Climatized Double Room Private bathroom, was quite small. the noise at night was really bad as the walls was thin. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, difficult when I was trying to sleep. it sucked I had to pay a deposit just to use the TV remote.
